Rental for weekly and weekend stays
Capacity 10 people – 4 bedrooms

Operation, fees, prices

For extended weekends, the price for each additional night is 3,000 CZK.
The price does not include the fee for actual energy consumption (remote reading, will be calculated after the stay).
The local tourist tax is 25 CZK/person/day.
Dog fee is 100 CZK/day.
Full payment to the account at least 3 days before arrival, including a refundable deposit of 3,000 CZK (includes accommodation, tourist tax, and dog fee if applicable).
Settlement of actual electricity consumption will take place after the stay.

Cancellation fees:

Deposit when booking: 10,000 CZK
60 or more days – 0%, full deposit refunded
30–60 days – 40% of the deposit
14–30 days – 80% of the deposit
0–14 days – 100% of the deposit
